DK22 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the DK22 platform — whether via the website at dk22.bar, the mobile app, or any associated service — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete registration.

DK22 reserves the right to update or revise these terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided through an announcement on the platform or via email to your registered address. Your continued use of DK22 after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These terms apply to all users of DK22 regardless of how they access the platform and regardless of the device they use. If you are using DK22 on behalf of a third party, you confirm that you have their authority to do so, and that they also agree to be bound by these terms — though please note that account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on DK22, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. DK22 does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit or place bets. Age verification may be requested at any point.
• You must be registering as an individual, acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and accounts held on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and any other information DK22 reasonably requires.
• You may hold only one account at DK22 at any given time. If you have previously held an account that was closed for breach of these terms, you may not register again without written permission from DK22 support.
• You must not be self-excluded from the DK22 platform or any related service at the time of registration.

DK22 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account where eligibility requirements are not met, where documentation provided cannot be verified or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent intent. Any balance held in a closed account will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with these terms.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your DK22 login credentials, including your username and password. DK22 strongly recommends that you use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform, and that you never share your login details with anyone else.

Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have reported unauthorised access to DK22 support in a timely manner. DK22 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact DK22 support immediately. The support team is available 24/7 and can temporarily lock your account while the situation is investigated.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on DK22 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed in real time
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed in real time
• Raast — instant bank transfer via the State Bank of Pakistan's interbank system
• Bank Transfer — direct bank transfers (processing times vary by bank)
• Debit Cards and Mobile Wallets — where supported by your provider

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per method. These limits are displayed in the deposit section of your DK22 account and may be updated periodically. VIP members at higher tiers may be eligible for elevated deposit limits — check the VIP programme page for current information.

Deposits are generally credited to your DK22 account immediately or within a few minutes, depending on your chosen payment method. In rare cases where a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number and payment method details.

DK22 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside DK22's control. Please check with your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank for any applicable fees on their side.

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. DK22 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a deposit is identified as coming from a third party, it will be returned and the originating account may be reviewed for compliance.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from DK22 are paid out in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit, wherever possible. If this is not technically possible, you will be asked to provide a verified alternative PKR account in your own name.

To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be fully verified. This includes identity verification and, where applicable, source of funds documentation. DK22 conducts these checks in accordance with standard platform security procedures. Providing clear and accurate documentation speeds up this process significantly.

Withdrawal processing times depend on your account tier and chosen method:

• Standard accounts: up to 24–48 hours processing time
• Gold VIP: same-day processing
• Platinum VIP: within a few hours
• Diamond VIP: near-instant processing

DK22 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on large withdrawal requests regardless of your account tier. This is a standard security measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player. During such reviews, the withdrawal will be placed in a pending state and you will be notified.

Funds that originated from a bonus must meet all applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus-linked funds before meeting requirements may result in the bonus portion being removed from your withdrawal amount.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

DK22 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets, cashback and VIP-specific rewards. All promotions are subject to individual terms in addition to these general terms.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general rules apply to all DK22 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device and per IP address.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Any remaining bonus funds after expiry will be removed from your account.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money is used first when placing bets, unless specified otherwise.
• DK22 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. Players will be notified where this affects an active bonus they are currently working through.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts or promotional abuse will be void and the account may be permanently closed.

7. Betting Rules

DK22 offers sports betting across a range of markets including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and Esports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the DK22 platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. DK22 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed, except where a market is voided by DK22 in accordance with these terms.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• DK22 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and are confirmed only once the platform returns a successful acceptance notification. Bets placed during a brief suspension of in-play markets will not be honoured.
• If an event is postponed, suspended or abandoned, DK22's settlement rules for that specific sport will apply. For cricket, if a match is abandoned mid-game due to rain or other factors, DK22 follows Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) guidelines where applicable for settlement.
• Accumulator and parlay bets follow the same rules as individual bets. If one leg of an accumulator is void, the bet is recalculated with the remaining selections.
• Obvious errors in odds — including decimal, fractional or moneyline odds displayed incorrectly due to a technical issue — do not constitute a valid offer. DK22 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

For cricket specifically, DK22 covers PSL matches, bilateral series, T20 World Cup events and other international fixtures. Markets include match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs, method of first dismissal and various player props. Market availability varies by match and format.

8. Casino & Games

DK22's casino section includes live dealer games, video slots, table games and other game formats supplied by third-party providers. The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface and are governed by the relevant software provider's rules in addition to these general terms.

DK22 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live casino games are streamed from professional studios with real dealers. DK22 does not interfere with game outcomes.

In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, the round will be settled based on the state of the game at the point of the error where this can be determined. If the outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be void and the stake returned. DK22 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.

Game contribution towards bonus wagering requirements varies by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in the applicable bonus terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on DK22 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and identity misrepresentation — registering with false details, using another person's identity or payment method.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players in casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing — placing bets on events where you have inside knowledge of a pre-arranged outcome.
• Arbitrage and exploit betting — systematically exploiting differences in odds or bonus structures in a manner that is not consistent with genuine recreational betting.
• Use of automated software — bots, scripts or any automated systems used to interact with the DK22 platform.
• Money laundering — using DK22 to process funds derived from criminal activity. DK22 applies transaction monitoring and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Chargebacks — disputing legitimate DK22 transactions through your payment provider after bets have been placed or bonuses claimed.

DK22 also prohibits any conduct that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward support staff or other platform users. Accounts displaying such behaviour will be closed without notice.

10. Responsible Gaming

DK22 is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment. The platform offers several tools that players can activate at any time from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders — receive alerts after a set period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits — cap the amount you can lose within a given period.

Game content provided by third-party software providers remains the intellectual property of those providers. DK22 is licensed to make this content available to registered players for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

12. Limitation of Liability

DK22 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, DK22 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be entirely free of errors or technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted, DK22 is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profit or opportunity arising from a technical failure, outage or error on the platform, provided the error is not the result of DK22's own negligence.
• Any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from your use of DK22.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the platform for purposes other than entertainment.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for DK22's own fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Amendments to These Terms

DK22 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are significant, DK22 will provide advance notice through an on-platform announcement or email notification. Minor clarifications may be updated without prior notice.

The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If you continue to use DK22 after any changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account.

14. Governing Terms

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and DK22 in respect of your use of the platform. They supersede any prior agreements, representations or understandings, whether verbal or written.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. DK22's failure to enforce any right under these terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that right.
